Michael Aronoff

Chief of Staff

As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, Michael oversees the day to day operations of The Park Group and manages our internal staff. Michael specializes in maximizing productivity of our firm and upholding key values and visions throughout our operations across the globe. Michael holds an M.A. from Carleton University’s Norman Patterson School of International Affairs and a BA from the University of Toronto in Political Science and History. Between his degrees, he spent one year working in South Korea and then moved to Israel to work in the Asia Division of Max Security, a private Israeli intelligence company. His policy expertise include East Asian regional security, North Korean denuclearization and arms control, and the balance of power in the Indo-Pacific. Michael is currently studying Korean and enjoys skiing & travelling in his free time.
