Max is an adjunct professor at Yorkville University and a VP Member Experience and Strategy with the American Marketing Association, leading strategy and innovation projects for renowned clients such as Amazon and Magna International.

With an 18-year career trajectory, Max has led global teams and strategized for multinational giants like Leo Burnett, PepsiCo, Natura&Co, Philipp Morris, Magna and Tetra Pak. His professional portfolio is diverse, encompassing strategic foresight, digital marketing, corporate communications, innovations, and sustainability projects and campaigns across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America.

Max was an Environmental Expert for the United Nations Development Program in Central Asia and the Caucasus, advising governmental organizations on waste management recycling practices. Collaborating with the European Breast Cancer Coalition, he pioneered the first breast cancer patient center in Eastern Europe, spearheading impactful awareness and behaviour change campaigns that gained recognition and awards.

In addition to these accomplishments, Max thrives as a business facilitator, lecturer, and an ICF-certified coach. With over a decade of coaching expertise, he seamlessly blends academic knowledge with practical business insights, promoting professional advancement and innovative thinking. Max holds a Master's in Strategic Foresight and Innovation, with his thesis centred on organizational knowledge sharing.
