Dania Ciampini
Dania Ciampini brings over 12 years of experience in business operations, financial planning & analysis, with experience in leadership, analytical, and consulting roles.
Dania currently serves as the Business Advisor for the City of Mississauga, Transit Division. As part of the Transit Management Team, Dania provides strategic advice, analysis, and operational support to assist the City of Mississauga in delivering on its highest priorities. She previously worked for Deloitte as a Strategy & Operations Consultant in San Francisco, specializing in business transformations, and for Canada Life as the Regional Operations Manager. She has international experience working in the US, Canada, UK, Netherlands and Switzerland.
A Chartered Accountant since 2010, Dania holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. She also holds her US CPA, PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt Master, and advanced certification from Toastmasters International. She brings extensive project management, analysis, and continuous improvement expertise.
A firm believer in community engagement, Dania currently serves on the Board of Directors (2021 President-Elect) for the University of Toronto Mississauga Alumni Association. She is a recipient of Rotary International’s highest award, the Service Above Self Award, and serves as a Paul Harris Fellow.
